［About the producer］
Mr. Iwao Okamoto is a second-generation cultivator of Omachi rice in Seto, the top Omachi rice-producing region located in the southern region of Okayama prefecture. He participated in the “Special Omachi Project” due to our brewery’s requests to use only the finest Omachi rice. He says that “rice farming is my hobby. I just want to make good rice”, however, it is easy to sense his all-consuming pride in producing the best Omachi rice.
