“Tenju Sake Rice Study Group” was established in 1983 with the aim of making the best sake in the local region. Tenju’s rice, including Sake Komachi and Miyama Nishiki, are all cultivated by the Tenju Sake Rice Study Group. The members are mainly sake brewers who have cooperated with local farmers for about the past 40 years.
