A documentary following Okazaki Shuzo, a sake brewery based in Ueda city, Nagano prefecture, and their famous sake brand ‘Shinshu-Kirei’. The documentary introduces the beauty and the significance of sake brewing along with the concerns on how sake brewing should evolve with time. Scenes focus on the female toji (master sake brewer) and their concerns as a minority, along with the sake need for more understanding of the significance of strengthening regional bonds and unity in the industry.
