John Gauntner, a journalist who specializes in sake, Philip Harper, a master sake brewer of Kinoshita Shuzo Brewery that brews ‘Tamagawa’, and Kosuke Kuji, a master sake brewer of ‘Nanbu-Bijin’ recounts the beauty and the charm of sake from their point of view.
