A documentary following the sake brewing of Yoshida Sake Brewery, based in Hakusan city, Ishikawa prefecture, and their greatly popular exclusive Japanese sake brand ‘Tedorigawa’. The documentary captures scenes of how the brewers communicate with and encourage each other to brew sake using the traditional methods under the severe coldness of winter.
