Kyushu Ryuu (Yanagawa) Motosuri-uta

A song sung when grinding steamed rice, koji, and water into the yeast starter mash (moto).
Kyushu Toji is a toji group based in northern Kyushu, and includes areas such as Shimakeya, Kurume, Joshima, Yanagawa, Setaka, Ojika, and more.
