Echigo Ryuu (Kubiki) Motosuri-uta

A song sung when grinding steamed rice, koji, and water into the yeast starter mash (moto).
Echigo Toji is a toji group based in Niigata Prefecture, including the three areas Nozumi, Kubiki, and Mishima District.
