An Incurable Case of Love

A story about Nanase Sakura, a rookie nurse struggling to woo her love interest, Doctor Kairi Tendou. In the story, there are frequent scenes of Nanase drinking sake and shochu in with her neighbor, Kairi’s older sister Ryuko, at their homes, bringing the characters closer to each other. This also presents and example of how Japanese people drink in a private setting. The original comic was made into a hit TV drama of the same title.
