Hana no Keiji (The Flower Keiji)

A story about the life of a soldier named Toshimasu Maeda, also known as Keiji Maeda, who lived through the end of the Sengoku period to the early Edo period. Throughout the story, there are numerous episodes of how Toshimasu dynamically exploited sake for his career, such as treating sake to his guests, drinking with his colleagues after the battle, and spotting betrayers using sake. This story was also adapted into a game and radio drama.
