The Nostalgic Kappa Commercial

Kizakura’s TV commercials with the Kappa family became popular for their uniqueness, and the series continued from 1957. The Kappa family in the series is originally from ‘The Kappa Tengoku (The Kappa Heaven)’, a manga series by Kon Shimizu that was serialized in ‘Shukan Asahi’ from 1953. After 1974, Ko Kojima took over the position.
