‘Miki no Mikoto’ is a sake character project that turns Japanese sake brands into anime characters by Bandai Namco Entertainment. With the tagline “appreciate your favorite character with all five of your senses”, the story takes place in “Matsuyoian”, where the characters learn Japanese ‘omotenashi’ (hospitality) through the interaction with customers and co-workers. Borrowing names of existing sake brands from breweries nationwide, Bandai presents various projects to support the Japanese sake culture.
