This label uses washi paper produced by HAMADAWASHI, a paper workshop located in the Niyodo River basin in Kochi Prefecture, where the brewery is also based. The project highlights the many similarities between papermaking and sake brewing. The brewing water is drawn from the same source used in washi production, and the rice used is “Gin no yume,” grown in the Niyodo River region where the workshop is located.
