[About the producer]
Contract cultivation group “Tenju Sake Rice Study Group”, consisting of mainly brewers who are also local farmers, was established in 1983 with the aim of making the best sake in the local region. Tenju’s rice, including Sake Komachi and Miyama Nishiki, are all cultivated by the Tenju Sake Rice Study Group. One of the members, Mr. Hiromi Sato (left), works hard to grow rice in the summer and brew sake in the winter. For last year’s sake brewing season, he acted as the head of the brewing process.
